Long-term referrals are handled with care
Many Summit County clients, especially buyers, are not in a rush. They are often second-home or lifestyle-driven, and it can take time for them to make the right decision.
I do not rush that process. I stay in touch, provide guidance when helpful, and allow the client to move at the right pace.
