On September 28th, 2021 the town of Breckenridge passed an ordinance which caps short-term rental licenses within the Town of Breckenridge at 2,200. There are currently around 3,000 existing licenses which means it will take several years for enough turn over to occur for new licenses to be issued.

The good news, these 13 condominium buildings are exempt from the license cap! All of these buildings will have excellent rental revenue.
