Star View is about as new as it gets in Frisco. It is a small townhome community, so there is never much for sale at once, but what makes people stop and look is right there in the name: the views. These homes were built to point at the Gore Range and the Ten Mile Range, and they do it from the middle of Frisco, which is one of the easiest places to live in all of Summit County. This is one option among the wider Frisco, Colorado real estate before you settle on a neighborhood.

Brand new, and small on purpose

These are current builds, three to four bedrooms, generally in the low 2,000s to mid 2,000s of finished square feet, with attached, heated two-car garages. New construction means the finishes are current and there is almost nothing to fix, which is exactly what a second-home buyer wants. The flip side is that Star View is a compact community, so if you want one, the move is to be watching before a unit lists rather than hoping to catch it after.

Why Frisco, and why the middle of it matters

Frisco is the town people pick when they do not want to commit to one ski area. From here, Breckenridge, Copper, and Keystone are all a short drive, and the I-70 on-ramp is close for the trip back to Denver. Star View sits in that central Frisco pocket, walkable toward Main Street and on the free bus line, so you can ski a different mountain every day and still walk to dinner. For a lot of owners that flexibility is worth more than being at the base of any single resort.

The views do the talking

The reason to buy at Star View over another Frisco townhome usually comes down to the specific unit and what it looks at. Orientation matters here, so when something comes up we compare floor plans and view corridors closely. A hot tub and outdoor space round out the everyday livability, but the Gore and Ten Mile views are the thing you will notice every morning.
