About Tucker Zimmerman - Associate Broker, Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate

I am Tucker Zimmerman, a full-time Realtor with over 10 years of experience in Colorado real estate and a proud resident of Frisco in Summit County. As an Associate Broker with Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate, the top brokerage in Summit County, I focus on helping buyers and sellers with second homes and luxury properties across Frisco, Breckenridge, Silverthorne, Dillon, Keystone, and Copper Mountain.

My Story

I grew up in Colorado with real estate in the family and studied Business Finance and Real Estate at the University of Colorado Boulder. From early on I knew I wanted my career to stay in real estate, and I eventually found my way to the mountain residential world, working with a top producing team in Winter Park before focusing full time on Summit County.

In 2017 I made Frisco home and built my business with another national brokerage. In 2024 I joined Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate, a Vail founded company that is built around second homes and mountain communities and consistently leads Summit County in market share. That move gives my clients better exposure, earlier access to listings, and a support team that matches the level of service I want to deliver.

My wife Shauna is a local high school teacher, and we are proud Frisco homeowners who recently welcomed our first child. When I am not working, you will usually find me skiing at Copper, taking destination ski trips with friends, getting into the backcountry, hiking, or checking out local breweries. I take a lot of pride in helping clients plug into the same lifestyle that made me want to live here full time.

How I Want Clients To Experience Working With Me

My goal is for clients to feel fully supported, informed, and confident from the first conversation through closing. I believe great service is something you feel, not something you have to chase. That means clear communication, proactive updates, and handling the details behind the scenes so the process feels straightforward on your end, even when there is a lot happening in the background.

Many of my clients work with Realtors in other markets throughout their lives. I want their experience here in Summit County to set a higher standard. Whether you are buying a studio condo or selling a multimillion dollar home, you get the same level of preparation, presentation, and attention to detail. Consistency, organization, and responsiveness are the pillars of how I work.

Why Clients Choose Me

My service approach is hospitality driven and tailored to how you like to move through decisions. I am comfortable staying as low pressure as you need, checking in occasionally and letting things unfold over time, and I am equally comfortable matching your intensity if you are eager to find the right place quickly. In every case you get full service support, clear communication, and a calm, organized process.

For Buyers

Buying in Summit County as a second home or mountain base is often very different from buying a primary residence on the Front Range or in another state. We are thinking about rental rules, snow removal, HOA amenities, storage for gear, ski access, parking, and how the home will actually live over long weekends and seasons, not just day to day commute time.

Here is what it feels like to work with me as a buyer:

  • Low pressure, high value guidance: Some clients buy within days. Others look for a year or more. I am okay with both. My role is to keep you informed, not to push you faster than you are ready to move.
  • Clear, step by step process: We usually start with a short call to clarify goals, budget, how you plan to use the property, and which towns interest you. From there we move into an orientation phase that often includes a day of touring different towns and neighborhoods so you can feel the difference between places like Frisco, Breckenridge, Silverthorne, Dillon, Keystone, and Copper.
  • Matching your urgency: If you are anxious to find a place right away, I will go above and beyond. That can include sending you on and off market ideas, watching new inventory closely, previewing homes for you, and even soliciting potential off market opportunities in target buildings or neighborhoods.
  • Insight on rules and logistics: We will talk through short term rental regulations, HOA nuances, parking, storage, wildfire and insurance considerations, and local versus national lending so you are not surprised late in the process.
  • Early access to upcoming listings: Because I work at Slifer Smith & Frampton, the top brokerage in Summit County, I often hear about upcoming and coming soon listings before they hit the open market. That can give you an advantage when the right home appears.

For Sellers

When you list with me, every property, from a one bedroom condo to a high end estate, receives the same full marketing package and strategic attention. I treat your listing like an important project, not just something that gets dropped in the MLS and left to sit.

  • Full service marketing: Professional photography, aerial imagery, Matterport tours when appropriate, thoughtful copy, and coordinated digital campaigns.
  • Targeted exposure: Online advertising, email campaigns, postcards, and direct outreach to my buyer network and fellow brokers.
  • Brokerage reach: Slifer Smith & Frampton leads Summit County in market share and exclusive listings. That means more agents seeing your property and more qualified buyers through the door.
  • Calm, skilled negotiation: I focus on clean offers, strong terms, and keeping your stress level as low as possible from listing through closing.

My Commitment

My goal is to make every transaction smooth and enjoyable. I handle the details behind the scenes while keeping you informed at each step. Whether we are negotiating top dollar on a listing, helping you relocate full time, or guiding you through a second home purchase from out of town, I work hard to keep the process organized, transparent, and aligned with the pace that feels right for you.

Local Expertise

As a long time Summit County resident, I know the nuances of Frisco, Breckenridge, Keystone, Dillon, Silverthorne, and Copper Mountain, from HOAs and neighborhood plans to rental regulations and lifestyle amenities. I have served on the HOA board in my own neighborhood and I spend a significant amount of time learning how each community really lives so I can help you make a decision that fits your actual lifestyle, not just a set of search criteria.

Over the years I have helped out of town buyers who felt overwhelmed at first become confident local owners, and I have helped sellers secure strong prices with as little hassle as possible. Many of those clients are now friends and repeat clients who send their family and friends my way. That is the kind of business I aim to build.
